The overall body style will remain the same as in previous years, but a few new tweaks have been added along the way. All Equinox options will feature the same, familiar front, wheel arches, rear roof pillar and tailgate glass with a smoky look. A different steering wheel option may be available, and buyers will be able to choose from a variety of new colors as well. Many new changes are, however, expected in the 2013 edition of the Equinox.
